Reminder: Please refer to the attached Rental and Tenure Options table for details. Hostel fee is to be paid on a monthly basis.
Please include with your application the booking deposit (equivalent to 3-months rental) for your off-campus accommodation. For payment method, please refer to the attached Information for Applicants.
The said booking deposit shall convert into 2-month tenancy deposit and 1st month tenancy rental upon entering the tenancy.
