How to book the hostel?

For online bookings: click on the "Book Now" button at Home page, select your accommodation preference and follow the payment instructions. 
 
By email/phone: if you prefer, you can always send us an email for bookings and requests at hubridycompany@gmail.com or contact us at 014-308 8680 for any inquiry.

How to secure the booking?

Accepted Answer

A booking deposit (equivalent to 3-months monthly rental) is required to secure your booking. Proof of payment will be required when submitting the online booking form.

Upon entering the tenancy, the said booking deposit shall convert automatically into 2-month tenancy deposit and 1st month tenancy rental.

How much is the deposit for the accommodation?

Accepted Answer

2 months deposit is required upon entering the tenancy. This 2-month tenancy deposit shall be converted from the booking deposit paid.

Question 4

Is there a limit on how long I can stay?

Accepted Answer

There is no limit on how long you can stay, but our minimum tenancy period is 12 months/one year. A shorter tenancy period can be arranged for Final Semester / Exchange students.

Question 5

Is smoking permitted?

Accepted Answer

Smoking is not permitted indoors (neither in the common areas nor in the rooms). For smoking, there is an outdoor designated area.
