1. The Hubridy “Free Upgrade to 72 Residences" is open ONLY to current tenants registering with Hubridy at d’Belle suites.
2. This promotion is ONLY applicable for tenureships of 12 months, excluding final year student and exchange students.
3. This promotion will start from 1st December 2020 until 31st December 2020. ("Promotion Period").
4. By entering this "Free Upgrade to 72 Residences" campaign, tenant will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound
by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and by any other requirements set out in related promotional
materials. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other
communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
5. Your existing tenancy agreement will be renewed for a minimum one year.
6. Hubridy reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
7. Other Terms and Conditions as stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement still applies.
